Job summary

Khushi in Mumbai is seeking a confident Skin Counsellor to understand clients' skin concerns, explain suitable treatments, and guide them through their aesthetic journey.

You will consult with clients to assess needs, present treatment options and pricing, and coordinate with doctors and skin technicians to tailor plans. You will convert consultations into bookings, pursue monthly targets, and follow up with leads and clients via calls and WhatsApp.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in skin, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, wellness, or healthcare sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and counselling skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of basic skin and aesthetic treatments.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.
• Comfortable with achieving sales targets and handling follow-ups.
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM, and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their skin concerns and requirements.

• Handle client queries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to improve client retention and repeat bookings.
• Ensure all client communication is accurate and professional.
