Position: System Admin Concur (T&E)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Key user of the Concur application
  2. Second line support to resolve end-user and application topics
  3. Coordinate support issues with other support functions
  4. Participate in Concur implementation projects and other project-related activities
  5. Support in roll-out of new releases – testing, evaluation and modification of local procedures
  6. Be the network into the third (FOC GCAS) and fourth (Central Concur team) line support
  7. Work together with Functional Specialists and Process- and Master Data Owners to perform process and system evaluations to improve user experience and business operations
  8. Application maintenance, support and master data management, such as monitoring file imports and acting on errors/warnings
  9. Create support materials for end users and admins
  10. Run ad-hoc reports and schedule reports

Experience:
3-5 years university studies within Computer Science, Business Administration or Finance
3-5 years’ experience working with system administration, Travel & Expenses or Financial Systems

Competency:
Understanding of financial processes, process development and improvement.
Good understanding of the complexity behind Travel & Expense and its cross-functional processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Service-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
Extended networking and teaming skills
Fluent in English
