Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Sitecore experience
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Sitecore headless, XM Cloud
• Experience with Sitecore development and deployment
• Experience with Sitecore Search and Content Hub
• Certified on Sitecore 10 or XM Cloud or SitecoreAI CMS developer
• Experience migrating from Sitecore XM/XP to XM Cloud
• Experience with Sitecore upgrades on Azure
• Experience with Helix, SXA, serialization, integrations, GraphQL
• Experience in DevOps for Sitecore implementations
• Ability to lead a team of developers on Sitecore projects
• Strong communication and analytical thinking

Responsibilities

• Design Sitecore solutions using traditional and composable offerings
• Interact with customers and client architects on solutioning
• Work with the team to resolve technical blockers
• Guide and review team work for Sitecore best practices
• Hands-on development when needed
• Support CoE in creating collateral and conducting training

Must-Have

• 5+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore; 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore headless, XM Cloud
• Experience with all aspects of Sitecore development and deployment
• Experience with Sitecore Search, Content Hub
• Certified on Sitecore 10 or XM Cloud or SitecoreAI CMS developer
• Experience with migrating from Sitecore XM/XP to Sitecore XM Cloud
• Experience with Sitecore upgrade, Sitecore on Azure
• Experience on Helix, SXA, serialization, customizations, integrations, GraphQL
• Experience on Devops with Sitecore
• Must have performed role of a Architect for a Sitecore implementation program

• Must possess thought leadership and strong analytical thinking
