Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules, allocate resources, and supervise workers, technicians, and contractors.
• Ensure the project is implemented per schedule and within budget.
• Oversee all project stages from preliminary to handover.
• Organize construction materials in time.
• Manpower reporting of contract labour to the Project Manager.
• Stores In Charge maintains stock inventory.
• Forward bills on work completed per billing cycle.
• Responsible for safety of employees/workers on site.
• Report project progress updates to senior managers and Project Manager.
