• Supervise RCC activities, including reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting, along with finishing works such as plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, and waterproofing.
• Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Monitor workmanship, identify defects, and coordinate necessary rectifications.
• Manage labour teams and contractors, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity and work progress.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth site operations.
• Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other concerned teams.
