Job summary

JobTrade in Hyderabad is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee waterproofing work across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Freshers to 5 years of experience are welcome. Diploma or BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is preferred. Travel to project sites within Hyderabad will be required; immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering preferred.
Freshers to 5 years of site supervision or waterproofing experience are valued.
Willingness to travel across project sites in Hyderabad.
Good communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise waterproofing work at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal execution teams.
Ensure waterproofing work meets quality and safety standards.
Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports.
Manage labour teams and ensure timely completion of projects.
Inspect materials and ensure proper application techniques.
Monitor workmanship and compliance with project specs.
Identify and resolve site-level issues promptly.
Provide regular project updates and report issues to management.
Coordinate with relevant teams for smooth execution of activities.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at site.
