POST A RESUME HR Consultancy invites applications for a Site Supervisor role focused on HVAC project execution. Qualifications include Diploma or BE in Mechanical engineering and HVAC project experience with chillers.

• Track daily progress, manage budget and timelines, report delays.
• Coordinate site meetings with subcontractors, labor teams, and client reps.
• Supervise contractor workforce and allocate daily work per method statements and permits.
• Hand over with as-built records, checklists, and punch-list closure.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision covering day-to-day monitoring of installation/execution activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Complete site activities within allocated budget and project timelines, tracking daily progress and reporting delays
• Site coordination meetings with subcontractors, labor teams, and on-site representatives of the client
• Contractor workforce supervision and daily work allocation with adherence to approved method statements and work permits
• Site handover with completion of as-built records, inspection checklists, and punch-list closure documents

Work experience with HVAC Project background (in Chillers)
