Job summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Onsite Infrastructure Team. You will bridge software development and IT operations by automating infrastructure tasks and ensuring availability, performance, and reliability of our systems.

You will design scalable infrastructure, implement IaC, monitor performance, manage CI/CD pipelines, and participate in on-call rotation with incident management responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration.
  • Hands‑on experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions using modern automation tools and frameworks.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize reliability and uptime.
  • Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and security teams to support deployment, incident response, and performance monitoring.

  • Perform root cause analysis for service interruptions and take corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation and incident management processes to ensure round-the-clock support.
  • Write clear documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and playbooks.
  • Provide technical mentorship and support to junior team members.

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Onsite Infrastructure Team. You will play a key role in maintaining critical production systems and continuously improving our operations through engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Working Hours
  • Full‑time position

  • Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

  • Availability for on‑call support and critical incident handling as part of a rotational schedule.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high‑pressure environments.
