Job summary

Spectral Consultants is hiring a Core Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for a leading Global Management Consulting & Technology Company in Bengaluru. The role requires 6+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE and incident resolution, with hands-on work on AWS, containers, and modern monitoring stacks.

You will drive reliability through SLIs/SLOs, manage cloud infrastructure (EC2/EKS/Lambda/S3/RDS/IAM), and collaborate on CI/CD, automation, and ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• Terraform and infrastructure automation experience.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Monitoring with Splunk and Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 DevOps/SRE production support and incident resolution.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM).
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm for container orchestration.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using Splunk & Grafana.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins or GitLab.
• Automate deployments and infrastructure using Terraform, Python, Bash & PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot platform, infrastructure and SQL database issues.
• Handle ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem Management & CAPA using ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Support applications built on Python, React, GraphQL, REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Drive reliability engineering practices including SLIs, SLOs and incident response.
