We’re looking for a TechOps Engineer to help keep our production systems stable, reliable, and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, automate operational work, and support live systems in a cloud environment.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor system health and performance using Grafana and PromQL
• Automate operational tasks using Python and Shell/Bash scripts
• Run complex MySQL queries for production support and reporting
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in an AWS environment
• Read and analyze Java logs and stack traces to find root causes
• Build scripts and tools to speed up troubleshooting and reduce repeat issues

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in TechOps, SRE, or DevOps roles
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (Day/Night) for 24/7 support
• Strong problem-solving and incident-handling skills
• Good scripting skills in Python or Shell
• Hands‑on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, CloudWatch)
• Ability to read and understand Java code/logs
• Experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot or similar) for scripting and automation
