Job summary

Pratiti Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering/DevOps professional with 4-8 years of hands-on Azure experience.

The role focuses on managing AKS, Virtual Machines, VNet/NSG/Load Balancer, and Azure DBs, plus Key Vault, Monitor, and Log Analytics. You will troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads in production and implement IaC using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. Strong scripting and networking skills are required, with on-call and SLA-driven responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on Azure experience including AKS, VNet/NSG/Load Balancer/Application Gateway, Azure DB for PostgreSQL/MySQL, Key Vault, Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Production Kubernetes workload administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools: Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Scripting/automation proficiency with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS/SSL, load balancing, firewalls/NSGs).
• Experience with incident management, on-call rotations, and SLA-driven operations.
• Strong communication for stakeholder validation and escalations.

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles, with significant hands-on Azure experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with core Azure services: AKS, Virtual Machines, VNet/NSG/Load Balancer/Application Gateway, Azure Database for PostgreSQL/MySQL, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
• Practical experience administering and troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads in production.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS/SSL, load balancing, firewalls/NSGs).
• Experience with incident management, on-call rotations, and SLA-driven operations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with customer stakeholders during validation and escalations.
