NiCE is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to support large enterprise software deployments, ensuring reliability and real-time insights from massive data streams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance services, automate operations, and improve fault-tolerance across systems.
The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in SRE/DevOps, strong programming skills (Python/Go/.NET) and hands-on cloud/IaC experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

Candidates will work supporting large complex enterprise software clients including applications, servers, SQL, network and must have excellent problem-solving skills. As we expand our customer deployments, we are currently seeking an experienced SRE to deliver insights from massive scale data in real time. Specifically, we are searching for someone who brings fresh ideas, demonstrates a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoys collaborating with a cross‑functional team to develop real‑world solutions and positive user experiences at every interaction.
Kubernetes + certification, Grafana, AWS, Azure, DevOps experience.
