Job summary

Tekskills in Chennai is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to help build and maintain scalable, highly available systems. The role focuses on observability, automation, and resilient cloud infrastructure.

The engineer will work with Splunk for monitoring, implement Prometheus/Grafana dashboards, and automate infra tasks using Python or JavaScript across AWS/GCP/Azure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in writing Splunk queries and alerts.
• Hands-on experience with at least one APM tool (NewRelic, AppDynamics, Honeycomb, Data Dog).
• Expertise in automation tools and scripting languages (Python or JavaScript).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python or Node.js).
• Proficiency in any cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana.
