• 1) Ensure paint shop shift production output as per schedule.
• 2) Ensure RFT of paint shop maintained as per target.
• 3) Handling team size of 10 people.

• 6) Shift to shift communication to have smooth production flow.
• 7) Preparation and readiness for paint shop for customer audits.

• 9) Problem solving technic & experience related to paint shop issue related to man, method, machine & material.

• 11) Proper knowledge of hazardous material handling & good awareness paint shop safety equipment.
