Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will:

  • Lead and manage complete plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, EHS, and HR.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance plant efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee adherence to safety, quality, and sustainability standards across the unit.
  • Manage budgets, implement cost-reduction initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Coordinate with corporate leadership, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless operations.
The Successful Applicant
  • Holds a B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical, Mechanical, Production, or related disciplines; MBA preferred.
  • Brings 15+ years of plant operations experience, including 5 years in a leadership role (Plant/Unit Head level).
  • Demonstrates strong expertise in production planning, cost management, EHS, and supply chain coordination.
  • Adept at leading large teams and driving continuous improvement across functions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
