Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer Civil to support the execution and supervision of Railway Infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring civil works at site, coordinating with contractors and project teams, ensuring quality and compliance, and supporting the timely delivery of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure execution of works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, Railway authorities, and internal project teams.
• Monitor construction progress and support timely completion of project milestones.
• Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of civil works.
• Coordinate civil works with signalling, electrical, and other interfacing disciplines.
• Review site issues and assist in resolving technical and execution-related challenges.
• Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, site documentation, and other project reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and Railway project requirements.

Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.

Criteria Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience for Engineering Graduates in the execution of Railway Infrastructure Projects;

OR

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;

OR

• At least 2 years of experience as SE/SSE or equivalent grade and above in the Civil Department of Indian Railways; OR
• Experience as Assistant Manager (AM) or above in Civil departments of organizations such as RITES, IRCON, RVNL, Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, Railway JVs/SPVs, or Metro Rail Corporations.
