Site Engineer

· Monitor Installation department all SOPs, processes, systems, and software.

· Ensure the drawings details are collected in full and ensure Kick Off, Recheck, installation is done as per the standard timeline and quality guidelines.

· Unloading and checking of the furniture component is done at site with proper care.

· Motivate, manage and monitor the performance of the department staff.

· Conduct technical training.

· Monitor technicians' daily productivity and revenue reports.

· Ensure proper care, storage, and inventory of the field team’s tools & equipment.

· Ensure the safety and well-being of field service technicians.
