Job Title: Executive/AM Site Administrator Wind / Solar Power Project

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of a solar power project site. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations, logistics, and compliance at the site. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in site management, facilities, and workforce administration, with an understanding of the unique needs of large-scale renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Administration: Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the site, managing operational activities, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring the site meets project deadlines. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, site policies, and operational procedures. Act as the point of contact for all site-related inquiries.
  • Transport Management: Manage logistics for employee transportation, including scheduling vehicles, driver coordination, and ensuring timely arrivals/departures. Ensure fleet maintenance and operational efficiency.
  • Accommodation Management: Oversee accommodation facilities for site workers and visitors, including guest houses, dormitories, and temporary housing arrangements. Ensure upkeep of living areas and manage booking systems.
  • Guest House Management: Supervise guest house operations, including check-ins/outs, room allocations, and guest services. Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and hospitality standards.
  • Food & Canteen Management: Oversee daily operations of the site canteen, ensuring food services for all site personnel. Manage menu planning, food procurement, hygiene standards, and employee satisfaction.
  • Attendance Maintenance: Track attendance for all site employees, including daily work hours, absences, leaves, and overtime. Generate reports for payroll processing and maintain attendance records.
  • Vehicle Management: Manage site vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, fuel management, and insurance. Ensure proper documentation and implement safety measures for transportation.
  • Factory Administration: Support administrative functions for factory operations, ensuring coordination between on-site and corporate functions. Assist with procurement and inventory management of supplies and materials.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure the site complies with all local, state, and national regulations, including health, safety, environmental, and labor laws. Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance and address any non-compliance issues.
  • Housekeeping Management: Supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and organization in common areas, offices, and accommodations. Manage housekeeping schedules and quality control to meet cleanliness standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5+ years in site administration, facilities management, or similar roles, preferably in construction or energy-related industries, particularly within renewable energy or solar or wind power projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of logistics, transportation, and accommodation management. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software for reporting and administrative tasks. Experience in compliance and regulatory management in an industrial setting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Additional certifications in facilities management or safety are a plus.
