You will optimize powertrain components, manage geometry modifications in Space Claim, and simulate complex structural behaviors like bolt preloads to ensure product reliability.

Analyze: Conduct advanced linear and non-linear static structural analyses on powertrain assemblies.

Assess Durability: Perform fatigue and durability simulations to predict and extend component lifecycles.

Model Bolted Joints: Set up and simulate precise bolt preloads and contact nonlinearities.

Modify Geometry: Use Space Claim to clean, prepare, and modify 3D CAD geometry for optimal meshing.

Optimize: Propose design changes based on stress, strain, and fatigue results to prevent structural failure.

Correlate: Validate simulation models against physical test data to improve simulation accuracy.
