AMD is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in Bengaluru to lead cross-disciplinary ASIC program activities from concept through tape-out and production. You will drive schedules, budgets, and risk management for large hardware-software programs with top customers.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s or master’s in Electronics/CS and 10 years of silicon program management experience in semiconductors, with strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

In this leadership role within the AECG ASIC Engineering Team, the candidate will leverage their strong understanding of the general silicon engineering process, from concept to tape-out to production to manage and drive the execution activities of cross-disciplinary engineering functions developing ASIC solutions in collaboration with some of AMD largest customers.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or Computer Science. 10years of experience in a silicon program management role at a semiconductor company.
