Key Responsibilities:
Development, optimization, maintenance, and support of managed cloud environments

Member of a global team providing monitoring and support of deployed environments

Maintenance and enhancements to the management portal, dashboards, and reports

Partnering with EDA Services Practice leaders to define and establish supported environments

Continually seek improvement opportunities in usability and scalability of supported environments

Participate in root cause analysis leading to issue resolution

Manage user identities, and support secure SSO solutions

Required skills and experience:
BS/MS in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.

1+ years of development experience in AWS

Understanding of core AWS services and best practices

Proficiency in developing, deploying, and debugging cloud-based applications

Proficiency in Python

Ability to use a CI/CD pipeline to deploy applications

Understands the importance of observability and high availability

Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal oversight

Experience with Windows Server 2019 administration
