Job description

You should be an 8-year experienced IT professional with a Graduation in Engineering or equivalent.

You must be a Technology enthusiast who can leverage Project/Service Management design principals combined with latest technologies to realize any software/Service Management solutions. You will be working closely with Business.

Your responsibilities include:

• Project Manager/Coordinator for Next Gen Reporting & Analytics, requirement engineer & solution designer, translator and coordinator between business and Tech team
• Having very good Technical Experience in Qlik Replicate, Snowflake, BI frontend and later operations of the service
• Having good knowledge of any standard reporting & analytics tool like Tableau
• Project Management (Time / Quality)
• Having strong understanding of Requirement engineering / translator (business – service provider)
• Having good knowledge of standard E2E procurement solutions / landscape
• Having good understanding of SCM Procurement Processes (source-to-contract /requisition-to-order)
• Having good expertise in Stakeholder Management
• Good to have ITIL / Operations / Service Management background

Our team is actively supporting the Siemens Energy Digital Transformation, a global digitization initiative launched to optimize the functionality of Siemens Energy Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with excellent service orientation and skills/experience in operational procurement to support the implementation of our digitalization projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Development and controlling of time schedule together with Project Leads
• To plan, elaborate, design and maintenance of assigned tasks /action list (IT focus)
• Status reporting to related stakeholders
• Having strong understanding of Requirement engineering and designing solutions
• Challenge requirements against standards and harmonized processes
• Ensure solution design documentation (acc. project templates)
• Ensure knowledge transfer from SAP to own responsibility of implemented coding
• Controlling of implementation progress and execution of IT relevant testing
• Ensure business acceptance of handed over solution results
• Support smooth handover to stable operations IT service and change management after project closure
