Job summary

AQUASoft is seeking a Siebel Product Configuration Specialist to manage and evolve product offerings within our Siebel CRM landscape in Bengaluru, Karnataka. You will configure products, pricing, and promotions while ensuring effective Siebel solutions and meeting business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Siebel Product Configuration and a good understanding of product modeling. A background in the telecom industry or large-scale CRM environments is desirable.

• Set up and maintain pricing models, promotions, discounts, and related workflows.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand product requirements.
• Ensure products are correctly configured to support order capture and fulfillment processes.
• Support and troubleshoot issues related to product setup, pricing, and configuration logic.
• Collaborate with Order Management and other integrated teams.
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We're looking for a Siebel Product Configuration Specialist to join our team and help manage and evolve product offerings within our Siebel CRM landscape. In this role, you'll be responsible for configuring products, pricing, and promotions while ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective and reliable Siebel solutions. You'll work closely with business users, product teams, and other technical specialists to support new product launches, enhancements, and ongoing operational needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Configure and maintain product catalogs, product structures, and product attributes in Siebel.
• Define and implement product configuration rules using Siebel Product Administration and eConfigurator.
• Set up and maintain pricing models, promotions, discounts, and related workflows.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Ensure products are correctly configured to support order capture and fulfillment processes.
• Support and troubleshoot issues related to product setup, pricing, and configuration logic.
• Collaborate with Order Management and other integrated teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
