Formación

• Siebel CRM expertise and healthcare payer domain experience.
• Strong SQL skills with data query and manipulation.
• Experience with FACETS or healthcare billing systems.
• ServiceNow exposure for ITSM workflows.
• Siebel Workflow, EAI/EIM & Business Services experience.
• Web Services / API integration knowledge.
• Healthcare payer domain familiarity.
