Job description

This requirement is for the post of IT Executive having Hardware and Network knowledge.

1. Troubleshooting of Windows PCs/Laptops.
2. Installation of new software, hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, anti-virus protection, etc).
3. Provide support for Desktop / Laptop / Printer / handheld devices / Scanner related calls.
4. Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge of the Operating System.
5. Assists in all functions of IT support.
6. Resolving related Queries from the users.
7. Hardware/Networking certified. / CCTV Network, Backup data, Cyber / Network Securities.
8. Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
9. Laptop and Desktop installation and troubleshooting.
10. Windows 7/10 system installation and troubleshooting.
11. Printer/Scanner configuration and troubleshooting.
12. Hardware asset Knowledge.
13. Knowledge of MS Office applications and troubleshooting.
14. Working ability under call pressure.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
