Job Description

1. Familiarity with all products and services offered by an IT solutions company.
2. Procuring new clients through direct contact.
3. Maintaining meaningful relationships with clients to ensure retention.
4. Suggesting upgrades or additional products and services that may interest clients.
5. Crafting business proposals and contracts to increase revenue.
6. Negotiating with clients to secure attractive prices.
7. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
8. Reviewing client feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Requirements

1. Any Degree, preferably BBA / MBA.
2. Insightful and intuitive, especially regarding human behavior.
3. Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
4. Neat, well-groomed appearance.
5. Excellent networking skills.
6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
7. Resourceful with strong research skills.
8. Motivated by challenges.
