Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shopify Web Developer – Sr Associate to design, develop, and maintain high-performing Shopify eCommerce stores. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Shopify theme development, Liquid templating, custom app integrations, and front-end technologies. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores and themes.
• Implement custom Shopify features and functionality based on business requirements.
• Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and payment gateways.
• Optimize website performance, speed, SEO, and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot bugs, resolve technical issues, and perform regular maintenance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Work with Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
• Ensure security, scalability, and best coding practices.
• Support store migrations, upgrades, and feature enhancements.
• Stay updated with Shopify platform updates and emerging eCommerce technologies.

Requirements

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Shopify development.
• Experience customizing Shopify themes and working with Shopify Online Store 2.0.
• Basic understanding of Shopify Admin API, Storefront API, REST APIs, or GraphQL.
• Experience integrating third-party Shopify apps and external APIs.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of Shopify App development and Shopify CLI.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
