Job summary

JSChamps is seeking a Shopify Developer in Surat, Gujarat to build customized, responsive Shopify stores. You will work on real-world projects and enhance e-commerce functionality.

Responsibilities include theme customization, UI/UX improvements, and integrating apps. You should have 2–5 years of Shopify experience, understand Shopify 2.0, Liquid templating, and be a proactive communicator capable of meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Shopify development experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Familiarity with Shopify Liquid templating.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Shopify Developer who is passionate about web development and eager to build customized, responsive Shopify stores. This is an excellent opportunity to work on real-world projects and develop their e-commerce development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and customization of Shopify theme & custom based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement UI/UX enhancements.
• Experience with Shopify 2.0 (sections everywhere, metafields, metaobjects)
• Familiarity with AJAX and JSON for dynamic store functionality
• Performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, image optimization)
• Integrate third-party applications and Shopify plugins.
• Support troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
• Communicate with clients.
• To work with care and attention to deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Familiarity with Shopify platform and Liquid templating language is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
