Job summary

Brandshark is seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to build, customize, and maintain high-quality Shopify websites from Bengaluru (onsite). You will translate designs into responsive e-commerce experiences using Shopify Liquid, theme development, APIs, and front-end technologies.

Responsibilities include converting designs, developing themes, integrating apps, and ensuring performance, cross-browser compatibility, and timely delivery. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Shopify development experience.

• Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Create and modify custom sections, templates, product pages, collections, filters, navigation, and other Shopify components.
• Work with Shopify APIs, including Storefront API, AJAX Cart API, and Sections API, to implement custom functionalities.
• Integrate and configure third‑party and Shopify-supported apps based on project requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve theme, functionality, integration, and performance-related issues.
• Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects within timelines and maintain and update existing Shopify websites based on client requirements.
