As Lead Network Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing systems for monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting ShopClues production infrastructure. In this role, you will be working with other members of the ShopClues.com technology team and other key stakeholders to define requirements, prototype concepts, implement solutions, and monitor their performance. ShopClues.com is a highly dynamic work environment where you will spend a lot of time researching new technologies that will help ShopClues meet and exceed its business goals and ensure high availability of the systems.

An ideal candidate will possess the following:

1. Worked as a Network Operation Engineer in a 24/7/365 operation.
2. Experience in enterprise environments familiar with monitoring, alarm validation, escalation & 1st pass resolution.
3. Proven experience with one or more system monitoring and management tools.
4. Strong understanding of LINUX operating systems.
5. Exhibit strong teamwork qualities.
6. Provide system monitoring, analysis, and reporting for an enterprise infrastructure using inbuilt and other open-source technologies.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Engineering degree or equivalent and 3-6 years of experience in Network Operations.
