Job Description

As a Sr. Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Knowledge on IMAP, POP3 account – Email Configuration
2. Thunderbird, Outlook Mailing client configuration knowledge
3. OS Installation Knowledge – Windows 7/8/10
4. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, group policy, server, O365
5. Desktop & Laptop Hardware troubleshooting knowledge
6. Vendor Coordination for hardware failure
7. Installation of Standalone & Network Printer & Scanner
8. Wi-Fi configuration knowledge
9. Basic knowledge on iPad, iPhone & MAC book and mail configuration on them
10. Basic Network troubleshooting knowledge
