Position: Asst Manager/Manager - Solution & Designing

Vacancy: 1 - Bangalore

Responsibilities
  1. Understand supply chain processes across various industries and possess knowledge of B2C and B2B warehousing concepts.
  2. Design logistics solutions within 3PL or SCM departments for industries such as Fashion & Apparel, Personal Care, FMCG, Electronics, utilizing analytical skills.
  3. Prepare deal structures, evaluate financial and operational aspects, and conduct risk analysis to support sales decisions.
  4. Develop process flow diagrams and conduct time & motion studies.
  5. Provide analysis and support for new business pursuits, operational implementations, and re-engineering initiatives.
  6. Analyze logistics operations data to determine optimal solutions for customers.
  7. Present solutions effectively to customers and participate in customer presentations as needed.
  8. Discuss designed solutions with stakeholders including the Solution Head, COO, and sales team before submission.
  9. Support continuous improvement activities in current operations.
  10. Ensure all solutions and implementation plans meet requirements.
  11. Collaborate with partners in racking and MHE to design comprehensive solutions.
  12. Assist in negotiations with suppliers and service providers with purchase analysis support.
Qualifications

Must Have:

  • BTech/MTech/MBA degree
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management
  • Experience in the eCommerce industry
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Understanding of order fulfillment and warehousing metrics
  • Knowledge of Visio or CAD applications
  • Understanding of financial concepts like EBITDA, EBIT, ROCE, ROE
Other Requirements
