Position Overview

A Shift Supervisor oversees operations during their assigned shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

As a Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and coordinating the work of team members.
2. Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
3. Monitoring performance and productivity.
4. Addressing any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift.
5. Reporting on shift activities and outcomes to higher management.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualification: Diploma Mechanical or BE Mechanical

Required Experience: 5 to 7 years

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Other Required Skills:

• Relevant technical academic degree, with expertise in Wärtsilä Lifecycle Products and Services
• Good cultural knowledge
• Strong result orientation
• Strong will to win
