Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our maintenance team. You will oversee daily property maintenance operations, respond to guest needs, and lead the maintenance staff to deliver outstanding service.

You will manage the department budget, drive planned preventative maintenance, and collaborate with other departments to ensure hotel targets are met. A hands-on leader with strong problem-solving and guest-focus is ideal.

• Supports the smooth running of the property maintenance department, where all areas are maintained to the highest levels
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
• Delivers on plans and objectives where property maintenance initiatives & hotel targets are achieved - Manages the maintenance team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
• Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
• Delivers an effective planned preventative maintenance programme addressing maintenance, environmental and conservation matters
