SKF ISEAM in Bangalore is seeking a Shift Engineer to lead the production line, guide operators, and drive continuous improvement. You will champion lean manufacturing, safety, and quality initiatives on the shop floor, reporting to the Deputy General Manager.
The ideal candidate holds a BE or Diploma in Mechanical with 5–7 years of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of PFMEA/Control Plans. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

We are in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the role of Shift Engineer. This role will be based in Bangalore and will report to the Deputy General Manager.
Lead and guide production line workmen to achieve manufacturing goals/objectives with optimum utilization of the resources and Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice, Manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
This position will be located Bangalore, India. You will report to Deputy General Manager, who is located in Bangalore.
