Job description

Learning & Development:

- Identify learning needs and develop suitable training programs

- Evaluate learning partners and liaise to provide suitable learning programs

- Assess training effectiveness and impact

- Drive continuous learning through learning platforms

Engagement:

- Design and execute engagement surveys, attrition analysis, and employee connect sessions to identify concerns and develop action plans to enhance engagement.

- Develop and implement initiatives to improve talent retention and engagement.

- Implement organizational change initiatives to strengthen and improve DEI

- Facilitate building a culture of rewards and recognition by driving the R&R program

Employer Branding:

- Develop forums and manage employee communication to create a sense of pride in the organization.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to create visibility for Shemaroo as an employer of choice and attract the right talent.

Talent Management:

- Partner with Business Leaders and HR to drive Talent Management initiatives.

Performance Management:

- Facilitate timely completion of the goal setting and performance review process

- Review goals to ensure appropriate goal alignment and cascade

- Build capability for effective feedbacking

- Implement process improvements to make the process efficient, fair and transparent.
