Job summary

Shell India invites graduates to join a 3‑year programme in Bangalore designed to develop future leaders through on‑the‑job training, formal education, and rotational assignments.

You will lead IT assurance reviews, evaluate IT processes and controls, and collaborate with risk, security, and business teams while receiving coaching and access to development programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT assurance reviews across infrastructure, applications and cybersecurity domains to support enterprise risk management.
  • Oversee the evaluation of IT processes, policies and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST and COBIT.
  • Provide strategic advisory to the first line of defence on risk‑mitigation strategies, control enhancements and remediation planning.
  • Collaborate with business focal points and the first line of defence to promote a risk‑aware culture and effective governance practices.
  • Drive ESSA (Eliminate, Simplify, Standardise, Automate) initiatives within assurance services.
  • Maintain the accuracy and relevance of tools and reports used by the team and stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk management reviews, identify gaps and track remediation progress.

Overview

Join us as a Graduate at Shell India and embark on a comprehensive 3‑year programme designed to develop future leaders. The role will be based in Bangalore and will combine on‑the‑job training, formal education, job rotations, and personalised coaching.

Eligibility
  • Graduated prior to the first day at Shell.
  • Pursuing or having completed a Master’s degree.
  • Less than three years of professional experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid work authorization for India.
