Job summary

ITC Infotech in Bengaluru is seeking a SharePoint migration specialist to plan and execute tenant-to-tenant migrations in SharePoint Online using ShareGate Assess. You will identify dependencies, risks, and create migration plans, schedules and checklists to ensure a smooth transition.

You will migrate sites, libraries, lists, pages, metadata and permissions, validate data integrity, and verify site functionality post-migration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tenant-to-tenant migrations in SharePoint Online using ShareGate.

• Prepare migration reports, technical documentation, and post-migration validation reports.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and SharePoint access controls.
• Support user acceptance testing and handover to the support team.

Plan and execute SharePoint Online tenant-to-tenant migrations using ShareGate Assess source and target SharePoint environments and identify migration dependencies and potential risks Migrate SharePoint sites document libraries lists pages metadata and permissions Perform pre-migration assessments and prepare migration plans schedules and checklists Configure and execute migration tasks using ShareGate ensuring data integrity and accuracy Validate migrated content permissions and site functionality after migration Troubleshoot migration errors resolve issues and perform re-migration where required Monitor migration progress track issues and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Coordinate with business users administrators and technical teams to minimize business disruption Prepare migration reports technical documentation and post-migration validation reports Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and SharePoint access controls Support post-migration activities user acceptance testing and handover to the support team
