Job summary

Qcentrio is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer with deep expertise in Nintex and SPFx to support the migration, modernization, and development of SharePoint Online solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Nintex Workflow & Forms, SPFx web parts, and Power Platform components, and possess strong analytical, development, and communication skills to work independently and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SharePoint development.
• Expertise with Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms (on-prem and cloud).
• Strong SharePoint Online and SPFx development knowledge.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Knowledge of Power Automate templates and M365 integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Nintex workflows and forms in SharePoint on-premises.
• Gather business requirements for Flow and M365 apps.
• Migrate workflows to Nintex Automation Cloud and forms to Nintex Forms Online.
• Design and develop SPFx web parts and extensions using React and TS.
• Troubleshoot performance issues in migrated workflows.
• Create technical diagrams, presentations, and flowcharts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Deliver tasks with minimal supervision and manage project responsibilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer with deep expertise in Nintex and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to support the migration, modernization, and development of SharePoint Online solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Nintex Workflow & Forms, SPFx web parts, and Power Platform components. This role requires a self‑starter with excellent analytical, development, and communication skills to work independently and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• - Analyze existing Nintex workflows and forms implemented in SharePoint on-premises environments.


• - Gather and understand business requirements for Flow and related M365 business applications.


• - Migrate workflows to Nintex Automation Cloud and associated forms to Nintex Forms Online.


• - Design and develop custom SPFx web parts and extensions for SharePoint Online using React and TypeScript.


• - Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in migrated workflows and custom solutions.


• - Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation including diagrams, presentations, and flowcharts.


• - Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to ensure solutions meet business needs.


• - Deliver tasks with minimal supervision and proactively manage assigned project responsibilities.

Required Skills and Experience

• - Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SharePoint development.


• - Proven expertise with Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms (on‑prem and cloud versions).


• - Strong knowledge and experience with SharePoint Online and SPFx development.


• - Proficient in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.


• - Solid understanding of Power Automate templates and M365 integrations.


• - Familiarity with Office 365 services and governance best practices.


• - Excellent interpersonal and customer‑facing communication skills.


• - Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality solutions on time.

Preferred Qualifications

• - Nintex Certification or Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-900)


• - Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure Logic Apps


• - Experience working in Agile environments
