Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Power Platform specialist to analyze, design, and migrate InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2013 workflows to modern Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

You will work with business users to capture requirements, implement cloud-based forms, and ensure seamless continuity of processes through migration and testing.

Qualifications

• 4–5 projects using InfoPath and SharePoint 2013 workflows.
• Experience managing SharePoint sites with PowerShell.
• Hands-on PowerApps/Power Automate across multiple projects.
• Experience with SharePoint Online modern lists and JSON forms.
• Knowledge of governance and best practices for Power Platform.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze migration feasibility and complexity for InfoPath forms and SP2013 workflows.
• Redevelop forms using PowerApps or modern SharePoint forms with JSON customization.
• Migrate workflows to Power Automate ensuring continuity and optimization.
• Design and implement PowerApps-based solutions integrated with SharePoint Online.
• Build custom Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate into Power Platform solutions.
• Test, debug, and deploy migrated forms/workflows.
• Provide documentation and end-user training.

• Analyze existing InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2013 workflows to determine migration feasibility and complexity.
• Redevelop InfoPath forms using PowerApps (Canvas Apps) or SharePoint modern forms with JSON customization.
• Migrate SharePoint 2013 workflows to Power Automate, ensuring process continuity and optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement PowerApps-based solutions integrated with SharePoint Online.
• Build and configure custom Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional Power Platform solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2013 workflows (must have worked on at least 4-5 projects involving these technologies).
• Hands-on experience managing SharePoint sites using PowerShell.
• Strong expertise in PowerApps (Canvas Apps and Model driven apps) and Power Automate (must have worked on at least 4-5 projects involving these technologies).
• Experience with SharePoint Online, including modern lists, libraries, and JSON-based form customizations.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance and best practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and data integrations in Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.
• Experience migrating legacy workflows to Power Automate and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize existing processes.
• Knowledge on migration tools Sharegate, Metalogix etc.
