Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Delhi, India is seeking an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform developer to lead remediation and migration of InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2013 workflows.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with InfoPath, SP2013 workflows, SharePoint Online, PowerApps and Power Automate. You will analyze existing forms, redevelop using PowerApps or modern SharePoint forms, migrate workflows to Power Automate, and design integrated PowerApps solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience on InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2013 workflows across multiple projects.
• Experience managing SharePoint sites using PowerShell.
• Strong expertise in PowerApps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Power Automate with multiple projects.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, including modern lists/libraries and JSON-based form customizations.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance and best practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and data integrations in Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.
• Experience migrating legacy workflows to Power Automate and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

• Hands-on experience managing SharePoint sites using PowerShell.
• Strong expertise in PowerApps (Canvas Apps and Model driven apps) and Power Automate (must have worked on at least 4-5 projects involving these technologies).
• Experience with SharePoint Online, including modern lists, libraries, and JSON-based form customizations.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance and best practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and data integrations in Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.
• Experience migrating legacy workflows to Power Automate and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize existing processes.
• Knowledge on migration tools Sharegate, Metalogix etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400) are a plus.
• Experience in handling complex workflow migrations.
• Experience using Sharegate for content migration is a plus.
• Experience writing PowerShell scripts is a plus.
