Aditya Birla Insulators seeks a qualified professional to drive the systematic mine plan implementation and monitor bauxite/coal extraction in Jharkhand. The role emphasizes data-driven reconciliations and cost-effective project execution at the mine site.

You will lead technical projects, manage budgets, coordinate with field teams, ensure up-to-date mining models with the latest survey data, and deliver MIS reports to corporate stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Implement mining plan across mining verticals and ensure extraction of bauxite/coal per plan to achieve the P&B target.
• Monitor operations in bauxite and coal mines as per the approved mining plan.
• Compile actual production data, quality and KPIs and compare with planned data.
• Identify deviations and determine root causes.
• Prepare and implement mitigation plans to minimize future deviations.
• Ensure mines are surveyed fortnightly/monthly and update topography and mining model with latest data.
• Update mining model with operational data to minimize short-term deviations.
• Ideate technical & digitalization projects to optimize cost, safety and productivity.
• Create budgets, schedules and action plans for project implementations.
• Review and approve contractors with the commercial team.
• Coordinate with unit operation teams during project implementations.
• Track ongoing projects and brief the technical team regularly.
• Facilitate mine-site training for project implementations.
• Prepare MIS and present technical reports at corporate level.

Implementation of Systematic Mine Plan

• Implementation of mining Plan across mining vertical and ensure extraction of Bauxite/Coal as per prepared mine plan to achieve the P&B target.
• To monitor the operation in Bauxite & coal Mine as per approved Mining Plan.

Reconciliation

• Compiling actual data of operation which included production, quality, key operational KPIs, etc. and comparing it with planned data.
• Figuring out areas and reasons for deviations.
• Preparing and implementing mitigation plan to minimize future deviations.
• Ensuring all the mines are performing survey on fortnightly/monthly basis, updating mines topography and mining model with the latest survey.
• Ensure the mining model is being updated with operational data to minimize short term deviations.

Technical Project Management, Monitoring and Reporting

• Ideation of technical & digitalization projects which will optimize cost & enhance safety & productivity of mining operation.
• Creation of Budget, schedule & action plan for implementation of projects.
• To review & approve contractor & subcontractor with commercial team.
• Coordination with unit operation team in project implementation.
• To track all the ongoing projects & share briefing with technical team regularly.
• To facilitate training at the mines site for the implementation of projects.
• Preparing MIS and technical report on regular basis and present it on corporate level.
