You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of scalable and effective SFMC solutions for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation best practices, data modeling, audience segmentation, and automation strategies within the SFMC platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership to SFMC developers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality marketing automation solutions.

Proven expertise in leading the design and implementation of scalable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong proficiency in developing and optimizing data models, audience segmentation strategies, and automation journeys within SFMC.
Extensive experience working with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating SFMC with external systems and data sources.
Solid understanding of FTP protocols for secure data transfer.
Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of SFMC Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio
Very good understanding of data integration principles and best practices within the SFMC ecosystem.
Experience in conducting code reviews and enforcing development best practices within an SFMC development team.
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable and robust solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Develop and optimize complex data models within SFMC to support targeted marketing initiatives and reporting requirements
Design and implement effective audience segmentation strategies to ensure relevant and personalized communication delivery.
Develop and optimize marketing automation strategies and journeys within SFMC to streamline marketing processes and enhance customer engagement.
Work closely and collaboratively with marketing, sales, and IT teams to thoroughly gather and analyze business requirements related to marketing automation needs.
Provide expert best practice recommendations for leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to achieve marketing objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of SFMC developers, consultants, and administrators, fostering their technical growth and ensuring adherence to project standards.
Work extensively with REST and SOAP APIs, FTPs, and various external data sources to facilitate seamless data integration with the SFMC platform
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to development best practices, and overall solution integrity.
Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with SFMC Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Web Studio functionalities.
Leverage 8 to 10 years of dedicated SFMC project and development experience to provide expert guidance and deliver successful outcomes.
