Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional Salesforce experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce development including Apex, triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and LWC.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Strong API integration experience (REST/SOAP).
• LWC/LWR work experience is a must.
• Good understanding of governance limits, asynchronous processing, and deployment tools.

Job Requirements

"Technical Core"

Salesforce Platform: Proficient in Salesforce development, including Apex coding, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Cloud Expertise: Proven hands-on experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Integration: Strong experience with API integration (REST/SOAP web services).

Work experience in LWC/LWR is must

Best Practices: Solid understanding of Salesforce governance limits, asynchronous processing, and deployment tools (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, or Salesforce CLI).

Professional Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams.

Ability to manage technical debt and write clean, testable, and reusable code.

Optional Qualifications (A Plus)

MuleSoft Expertise: Experience designing, building, and maintaining integration flows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is highly preferred.

Financial Services Experience: Prior experience with Salesforce implementations within the Financial Services sector (FSC) is a strong plus.
