IMR Soft LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to drive Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce PWA Kit implementations. You will own the headless architecture, optimize SSR/hydration, and lead multi-brand storefront delivery across regions.

Collaborating with product, design, and engineering, you will set technical direction, guide CI/CD, and mentor engineers to maintain high performance and production stability.

Qualifications

• Expert hands-on experience with Salesforce PWA Kit and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Expert knowledge of headless/composable commerce architecture, SSR/hydration/rendering strategies, frontend performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with multi-brand/multi-region architecture and frontend platform delivery/CI/CD.
• Strong technical leadership, cross-team influence, mentoring, stakeholder communication, agile delivery, strategic planning, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with CMS-driven architecture (Amplience preferred) and observability/production support is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical design and delivery of SFCC solutions using Salesforce PWA Kit.
• Own headless/composable commerce architecture and guide decisions on rendering, SSR, hydration, caching, and frontend performance.
• Lead the design of scalable, multi-brand and multi-region storefront experiences.
• Guide frontend engineering practices, reusable component development, code quality, and CI/CD delivery.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Provide technical leadership across teams, make decisions under ambiguity, and explain architecture choices and trade-offs.
• Mentor engineers, conduct design/code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and support production stability.
• Work with CMS-driven architecture; experience with Amplience is preferred.
• Support observability, monitoring, and production support practices.
