We're looking for a Services Operations Analyst. This role is office-based in Hyderabad.

Job Title:

Service Operations Analyst

Role Overview:

The Service Operations Analyst will manage key aspects of process governance and operations for the Cornerstone Global Professional Services Operations team. Responsibilities include reporting & analytics, CRM system management, and providing strategic and tactical support to the Professional Services team. The role involves collaboration with Partner Success Managers, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to coordinate onboarding and service delivery. Additionally, the analyst will oversee daily activities related to new project creation and PSA tool expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design innovative solutions to support Services/Partner Operations and enable global resourcing using Operational Excellence principles.
2. Lead processing of customer agreements, interpret contract matters, and coordinate necessary changes with stakeholders.
3. Scope and execute projects/programs to improve efficiency and profitability.
4. Maintain CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
5. Conduct analytics to identify opportunities for process, people, and technology improvements.
6. Set and refine goals related to partner operations and global resourcing.
7. Implement design solutions for quick wins, process changes, and automation to ensure efficient operations at scale.
8. Influence project objectives and direction with company leaders.
9. Leverage technical capabilities to improve system and process solutions for better service delivery and business intelligence.
10. Develop complex reports and deliver presentations.
11. Assist global resourcing teams with staffing and resource allocation.
12. Provide analysis and reports for Finance and Leadership, managing regular reporting and audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and PowerPoint skills for leadership presentations.
• Self-motivated team player with collaborative skills across functions and virtual teams.
• Leadership and mentoring experience with a passion for teaching and learning.
• Advanced data analysis skills, especially in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce, Netsuite, Open Air, MS Project Server, Peoplesoft, with focus on system integration and analytics.

• Additional skills or experience that would be considered a bonus.
