Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Services Business Process & Capabilities Lead to drive end-to-end Quote to Cash capabilities. This on-site role expects you to work primarily from an HPE office and collaborate with Global Operations, CSLV, Sales and Business Units.

You will lead process improvements, analyze root causes, and ensure revenue and margin goals are met while evolving service offerings with AI and automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in Services Quote to Cash programs.
• University-level degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop processes across the Quote to Cash lifecycle.
• Analyze business needs and recommend improvements.

What you’ll do

• Leads and develops process, solution(s) and capabilities over entire Services Quote to Cash lifecycle.
• Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive process and platform improvements.
• Collaborates with Global HPE Operations functions, CSLV, Sales and Business Units on solutions, implementation and performance.
• Responsible for revenue and margin contribution of one solution or related set of processes and capabilities.
• Utilizes understanding of customer business requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrateservices added value.
• Utilizes understanding of Services Partner business requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrateservices added value.
• Leads key business initiatives in support of operational or financial improvement
• Understands software development lifecycle and works in partnership with business and IT to develop capabilities.

What you need to bring

• Typically, 5+ years to establish proven track record in directly related Services Quote to Cash business.
• Typically, first level university degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

• Exposure and understanding of Agentic and Generative AI use in Operational processes
• Exposure to development of automation tools using bots
• Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry knowledge of the company’s organization, policies, services offerings, end toend processes, tools, and routes to market.
• General technical understanding of products and services
• General knowledge and experience with Services S4 platform and other boundary applications such as Services CPQ, Renewtrak, Salesforce.com
• Problem detection and analysis of root cause.
• Leads teams to achieve results.
• Proficiency with desktop applications and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
• Moderate level of planning, project management and change management skills.
• Proficiency with Process Improvement techniques.
• Good communication skills.
• Influence within same team and level.
