Role & Responsibilities

JD for ServiceNow Tester

• Around 5-6 years of experience in IT industry and 3 years of ServiceNow Testing in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience on ServiceNow Automated Test Framework and ServiceNow automation tool.
• Should be able to build, maintain, and execute ATF scripts for ITSM, HRSD, ITOM modules.
• Should have experience in Defect Management and be able to define the test strategy and test plan.
• Should have experience in component, integrations, and E2E testing, and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Should have been involved in client interactions and meetings.
• Should be proficient in reporting to stakeholders and possess good communication skills.

Experience Range: 3 to 8 years
