Job summary

RSM in India is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to join our IT services team in India. The role involves supporting and developing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB) and delivering solutions within an Agile environment.

You will work with cross‑functional teams across time zones, handle incidents with strict SLA timelines, and contribute to enhancements while pursuing CSA certification and ITIL foundations. Flexibility in shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of total IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow Support and Development (L2/L3) with customer interactions.
• BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• CSA certification mandatory; ITIL Foundation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assessing problems and troubleshooting existing issues.
• Identify and assess technical solutions and enhancements in Agile.
• Support customers across various time zones.
• Manage enhancements using an Agile Framework.

• Experience with application support and development activities
• Experience with resolving issues within strict SLA timelines
• Ability to work in shifts or out of standard working hours
