Ensure all changes are recorded, reviewed, and approved before implementation. Ensure changes are categorized as per the defined process based on the change type – Standard, Normal, Expedited, Emergency. Convene and chair CAB meetings, circulate the MOM of the CABs. Ask probing questions to the suppliers on the changes. Ensure no unauthorized change is implemented in the production. Report on the agreed change SLAs, KPIs, and ensure effective change communication is in place. Ensure change implementation is done as per the implementation plan. Ensure the risks are identified for each change and a backout plan is in place in case of high-risk/high-impact changes.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and validate the change status against the defined change success criteria. Bring in service improvements to improve the overall process maturity. Conduct weekly/monthly/daily governance calls with the relevant stakeholders.
